Flow Lines

All pieces of the character should work together. work together to create an image stream eyes can follow. A movement in harmony.
Viewers tend to feel the body language even though they do not focus on it.

one tends to follow the face of the character. Are there other places than the face to follow, there is a good poses that make the eyes follow any other parts than the face.

Ensure that lines in the pose is natural, not harsh and bent. You can lead the eye through the whole scene if you pose the character right.

Great tips are

Tilt head slightly, it gives life. It is not usual to keep your head directly up.

No hard angles on the curve.

Adding weight over to one side.
