Studio3 (UM3ST3351) – Nav mesh

I had some challenges with the NAV mesh for my terrain. The textures grass does not bake properly, this was solved by exporting the terrains hight map and reimporting them to a new terrain and change step hight to 0.3. when the terrain is without the grass the Nav mesh works better. But I need to remove the NAV mesh from the ground of the terrain with grass.
